11" converters fit 13.30" dia. Flywheels
12" converters fit 14.20" dia. Flywheels
10" converters fit various 11.30" Flywheels

Mustang 1975-78 w/ 302 V8 engines use a Special THIN, bell housing, converter (9 1/2" bolt pattern) and small 11.94" dia. flywheel! The regular 302 converters will NOT fit. Be sure to order the SPECIAL F40 style!

1982-up C5 lock-up style converters are thicker than regular converters!

Warning: Never pull the transmission up to the engine with the bolts!!!
The transmission will be flush to the engine and the converter will NOT be tight to the flywheel if you installed it properly.
There is NO warranty on converter hub damage or pump damage.
