Is every part listed on your web site available?
No, not always! With over 8,000 items on the web site, there will be times when we are out of one brand of part or be totally Out Of Stock in our warehouse. When we are Out Of Stock on an item and there is not another brand available, we will try to find it for you from one of our partners' warehouses. If it's available, you will then have the option to have the item drop shipped directly to you, plus shipping . If all of our partner warehouses are Out Of Stock on an item, we will e-mail you and you will NOT be billed for that item and the "back order" will be cancelled.
Effective July 1st. 2006 : Policy change on Out Of Stock items.
Our order fill rate averages 98%, but with over 8,000 items on the web site, there will be times when we are Out Of Stock on an item.
In the past, we drop shipped these backorders from various warehouses around the country and we paid the additional shipping fees.
Due to dramatically increased shipping and handling costs, we can no longer cover this additional shipping from other warehouses.
As always, we will e-mail you on any item that we are Out Of Stock on.
If we can find the item at another warehouse you will have the option to have the item drop shipped directly to you, plus shipping, or we can cancel the Out Of Stock item and you will NOT be billed for that item.
